Shipping times for other countries may be longer and may vary depending on the destination country and delivery location.Dice Ideas Ltd will make every effort to ensure that orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, Dice Ideas Ltd is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery that are beyond its control, including but not limited to delays caused by customs clearance, postal strikes, or natural disasters.
Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination country and delivery location. These fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, Dice Ideas Ltd cannot change the shipping address or delivery method. If you need to change your shipping address or delivery method, please contact the drop shipper directly.

By purchasing a physical print from Dice Ideas Ltd, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be charged by your country's customs agency. Dice Ideas Ltd is not responsible for any such fees or duties.
AI products will be delivered directly to the customer's email address. Delivery times for AI products may vary depending on the complexity of the product and the processing time required.

If you have purchased an AI product from Dice Ideas Ltd and have not received it within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find the product, please contact Dice Ideas Ltd customer support for assistance.

Refunds and Returns
Dice Ideas Ltd wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of digital products, Dice Ideas Ltd does not offer refunds or returns on any of these products. If you have any technical problems accessing your purchased product, please contact Dice Ideas Ltd customer support for assistance.If you are not completely satisfied with your physical print purchase, we will offer a replacement if the item is defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory.
To be eligible for a replacement, the physical print must be returned to us in its original packaging and in its original condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your replacement request. If your request is approved, we will ship a replacement item to your address within 14 days.
